Arthur brings more than 6 years of project estimating, traffic control design, project coordination, process evaluation and improvement, USA, permitting and client relations development.

Edwin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, enabling him to ensure EXARO’s fleet and equipment are well maintained and ready for the field crews to deliver on the clients’ needs effectively and timely.

Tirth is EXARO's project management specialist who is supporting the project managers with a variety of projects, along with helping with cost estimation, project documentation and coordination, traffic control, and field support.

Badsha serves as EXARO’s Business Administrative Assistant and supports a wide range of administrative and operational functions. His responsibilities include managing payroll, accounts payable and receivable, financial recordkeeping, labor compliance documentation, and database management. He plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting compliance requirements, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations.

Olivia is our Project Assistant and the high-energy spark of the Exaro team. She handles our datasheet management and keeps the office organized and efficient. As our youngest member, she brings a modern perspective that helps keep our operations running smoothly every day.

Edheson serves as our Engineering Intern, providing vital support across our technical projects. He’s a key part of the workflow, handling everything from submittals and drawings to ensuring project documentation is accurate and ready to go.
